Ribbed MDF Panels Sample

We don’t just expect you to take our word for it when it comes to the quality of our products. These 30 cm by 15 cm samples are designed to help you see and feel it for yourself. They’re small enough to be moved around the room, so you can test them against different lights and backdrops, but large enough for you to really see the depth, colour and overall aesthetic.

You could even cut them down to use as coasters afterwards!

Returns: 28-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. End-of-line, sale and made-to-order products are non-returnable.

What You'll Need

• Panel adhesive or grab adhesive
• Pin gun or panel pins (optional)
• Spirit level, tape measure, pencil
• Fine-tooth saw for cutting

Installation Steps

1. Prepare the wall — ensure the surface is clean, dry and flat.
2. Measure and cut — measure height from floor to ceiling (or desired area), cut panels to size.
3. Apply adhesive — apply adhesive in a zigzag pattern to the back of the panel.
4. Press into place — position the panel and press firmly. Use pins or temporary supports until adhesive sets.
5. Continue fitting — butt panels tightly together. Use a fine filler for any joins if painting.

Finishing

• Pre-primed panels can be painted with any standard emulsion or eggshell paint
• Apply two coats for best results
• Fill any pin holes with fine surface filler before painting
